Ingredients

2 lbs. Twisted W ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2-3 tsp mixed garlic

1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes

1 (16 oz.) can pinto or black beans

1 (15.5 oz.) can Bush’s Chili Magic Classic Homestyle

1 (16 oz.) can corn- mixed yellow and white, do not drain

2 (8 oz.) block of Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Toppings

Sour cream

Chili fritos

Step 1

Saute hamburger, onion, and garlic; drain.

Step 2

Put hamburger mixture and all remaining ingredients, except sour cream and fritos, into crockpot.

Step 3

Cook on low for 2 hours.

Step 4

To serve, put a handful of Fritos into bowl; ladle soup over fritos and top with sour cream.
