Preparation & Ingredients

Loaf Ingredients

1 lb. Twisted W ground beef

1 lb. Jimmy Dean Premium pork Sausage- regular

1 small to medium sized onion, chopped

1/2 cup crushed Rits crackers (or oatmeal for GF meal)

1 egg, beaten

3/4 cup Spaghetti sauce salt, pepper, oregano to taste

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Sauce Ingredients

1 cup spaghetti sauce

6 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp mustard powder

Step 1

Mix loaf ingredients together; place mixture into a 9×13 pan and shape into a loaf.

Step 2

Loaf should be about 1.5 inches thick and not touching the sides of the pan.

Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Step 4

Remove and discard grease juices.

Step 5

Pour sauce over loaf, return to oven and bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Step 6

Pull out and enjoy.
